Lupita Nyong'o made a truly adorable appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon Wednesday night. The 12 Years a Slave star — who has officially become one of our new favorite people — popped up in snowy NYC between her multiple award show stops. After taking home both a SAG and Critics' Choice Award, Lupita shared her thoughts on fellow red carpet fixture Emma Thompson, calling the iconic actress "a riot" and reflecting on that one time that Emma photobombed her on the red carpet. She also weighed in on the debatable pronunciation of "GIF" and shared adorable stories about her family, including how they reacted to her much-deserved Oscar nomination.
