The rivalry is back! Michael Phelps swam his first race since "retiring" after the 2012 London Olympics. But unfortunately for Michael, who is used to winning, it was Ryan Lochte who came in first, with Michael placing second. As a 22-time Olympic medalist, Michael Phelps recently announced he was coming back to competition. And this week's swim at the Arena Grand Prix in Mesa, AZ, was his first step — or should we say stroke — toward swimming at the 2016 Rio Games. One person who is down with it? Ryan. Despite the increased competition, Lochte said: "Everyone is happy that he's back in the water. It's good for the sport." It's also great for shirtless moments.
