In the video, which was posted back in 2007, Millen's uncle decided to do a silly, spontaneous interview with his niece, who was 3 years old at the time it was filmed. The crazy-cute little girl talks about simple everyday things, explaining that her dad likes onions on hot dogs — "Oh yeah!" — and how he makes her laugh, but it honestly doesn't matter what she's talking about, because her accent makes every sweet little comment all the more adorable.
