This Crazy Shark Feeding Frenzy Might Scare You Away From the Beach For Good

If you have a fear of sharks, you might want to look away. Two men captured a rare shark feeding frenzy at Cape Lookout National Seashore in the Southern Outer Banks of North Carolina earlier this month, and the resulting video might scare off even the most seasoned ocean swimmer. According to the video poster, his group saw over 100 sharks feeding on a school of blue fish. Flocks of seagulls can also be seen trying to get in on the action. While the sharks flailing around in the surf might look scary, the poster notes that the beaches are normally very safe. He wrote, "We want it to be clear that Cape Lookout and the surrounding beaches of Eastern North Carolina are extremely safe for swimming. The presence of these sharks and large schools of fish is actually a sign of a very healthy ecosystem." Watch the full clip above and be sure to check out more must-see viral videos.
