Carnival is 10 days in in Venice, Italy, where revelers are masquerading for the annual celebration. From Feb. 15 until March 4 (aka Fat Tuesday, stateside) the floating city is flooded with partygoers dressed up in traditional costumes and masks. The already picturesque city makes for a perfect backdrop of the colorful Carnevale di Venezia spectacle that dates back to 1162. Indulge your wanderlust with a look at the Venetian scenes.
