Leave it to Adele to open music's biggest night with a bang. The singer opted to sing "Hello," off her Grammy-nominated album 25, and hot damn she really came to win. Last year her "All I Ask" performance had major technical difficulties, so we can count our lucky stars that this went off without a hitch! Later in the show, she performed (and restarted!) her tribute to George Michael.
