Sure, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day may have been a book from your childhood, but the trailer for the big-screen version isn't just for kids. While it is pretty adorable (how can a family headed up by Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner not be?), it's also really funny. You may know the original story, but this time, it's not just young Alexander (Ed Oxenbould) who's having an epically bad day. The whole family (including siblings played by Dylan Minnette and Kerris Dorsey) is having a horrible day, but the scenarios are pretty hilarious. So is the script by The Kids Are All Right's Lisa Cholodenko: they had me at "hashtag blessed, you know?" Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day comes out Oct. 10, so watch the trailer now.
