Come Sunday, April 30, the characters of Neil Gaiman's American Gods are going to invade your world. Starz has adapted the treasured 2001 novel, and they've assembled a killer cast. You'll meet new faces (unless you already knew about Ricky Whittle) and be reunited with familiar ones (Gillian Anderson looks incredible). Before the show premieres, get an idea of who is starring on the show and where you've seen them before.
English actor Whittle has been on a number of TV shows, including Mistresses. If you haven't noticed, he's exceptionally handsome.
You may recognize Browning from The Uninvited, Sucker Punch, or Pompeii.
American Gods is one of Langley's first roles, though he did star in the 2015 film Deadly Waters.
Badaki has popped up on Masters of Sex and Aquarius, and even had a cameo on Lost.
Schreiber will always be Pornstache from Orange Is the New Black to me, but he's also appeared on The Brink and Law & Order: SVU.
McShane is a legendary actor, having appeared in over 130 movies and TV shows since 1962. He recently guest starred on Game of Thrones as Brother Ray.
Glover is best known for his role as Marty's dad in Back to the Future, though you may recognize him from Charlie's Angels, Hot Tub Time Machine, or the miniseries Texas Rising.
Leachman is an Oscar-winning star, and she has McShane beat when it comes to sheer number of roles. The actress has been in over 270 projects over the years, including The Facts of Life and Raising Hope.
Character actor Stomare has been in everything from Prison Break to The Blacklist to Arrow.
After hundreds of episodes of The X-Files, we have no doubt that Anderson can pull off Media.
Bernsen is a TV vet; he's appeared in one or two episodes of just about everything under the sun. He's best known for his role as Arnie Becker on L.A. Law.
Kaar is one actress you may not recognize; she's Polish and most of her TV and movie work is from Eastern European countries.
Tucker, who has starred in Parenthood and Kingdom, is appearing as Low Key Lyesmith.
Musical theater legend Chenoweth is taking on Easter.
Finally, Barnes is hopping from The Flash to American Gods as Mr. Ibis.
