Can you imagine if Angelina Jolie didn't star alongside Brad Pitt in Mr. & Mrs. Smith? Well, Gwen Stefani revealed that it almost happened. During an interview on SiriusXM's The Howard Stern Show on Wednesday, the "Make Me Like You" singer revealed that she was actually in the running for the role of Jane Smith. "I feel like I almost got it," she told the host. "I went to a bunch [of auditions]." Gwen previously opened up about the audition process during an interview with Vogue in April 2008. "It was between me and Angelina Jolie, and I'm like, 'Oh, great. I got a shot here,'" she explained. While she ended up not taking the role to focus on her music, the movie actually jump-started Angelina and Brad's epic romance.
