You know what might be even better than finally getting to see the season two premiere of Empire this week? Watching Jimmy Fallon's parody of the hot series. The host of The Tonight Show took on the soapy Fox drama on Tuesday night, airing Jimpire, a spoof that loosely follows the plot of the show. Of course Fallon stars as the Lucious-type, while his sidekick, Steve Higgins, plays Higgie — his Cookie impression is ridiculous.
