Days after unveiling his heavily hyped new single, "What Do You Mean?," this week, Justin Bieber took to the VMAs stage to perform it for the first time ever. In addition to the new song, he also performed "Where Are Ü Now," his other latest hit. The performance was jam-packed with some classic Bieber moves, but what none of us expected was his tearful breakdown at the end. It's his first performance at the VMAs in five years, so no wonder he got a little emotional!
