A Barefoot Miley Cyrus Powerfully Belts Out "The Climb" at a Women's Cancer Benefit

Miley Cyrus captivated a star-studded audience at the Women's Cancer Research Fund's Unforgettable Evening Gala on Thursday when she belted out a few of her most emotional hits. After walking the red (well, technically pink) carpet in a pantsuit with her husband, Liam Hemsworth, the singer kicked off her heels and took the stage to deliver a powerful rendition of her 2009 hit song "The Climb" in honor of those affected by cancer. She also sang "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" and covered The Who's "My Generation."

Miley and Liam weren't the only celebrities at the benefit in Beverly Hills, as Gabrielle Union, Kate Hudson, Goldie Hawn, and Sharon Stone were also in attendance. Read on to watch a few clips of a barefoot Miley singing "The Climb," and keep reading to see photos of her and Liam cozying up on the pink carpet.
