Major Props Go to Mindy Kaling For Handling Her Emmy Snub Gracefully

Mindy Kaling and Carson Daly handled the distinguished honor of reading the 2014 Emmy nominations this morning. They did a splendid job, especially when the outstanding lead actress in a comedy series category came up. Daly read the nominations as Kaling stood next to him, and she didn't even flinch when her name wasn't called. (For the record, the show scored zero nods, despite being one of my favorite comedies on TV right now.) So on this day when we celebrate those who have a shot at Emmy gold within their sights, let's just take a moment to appreciate Kaling's grace and poise.
