Jake Gyllenhaal's Job in Nightcrawler Will Shock You

Jake Gyllenhaal is at his creepiest for Nightcrawler, the upcoming thriller in which he plays a nighttime news reporter trolling for carnage on the streets of Los Angeles. The first trailer debuted a few weeks ago, and now we have an even longer look at the movie. This new trailer gives a better look at Gyllenhaal, who lost a lot of weight for the role, as Lou Bloom, a journalist who becomes unhinged while working the crime circuit. If this movie wasn't on your radar before, it should be. It looks pretty crazy, and Bill Paxton and Rene Russo are costarring. The film will debut at the Toronto International Film Festival next month and be released on Oct. 31.
