This week's Winter finale of Scandal features a lot of twists, turns, and tense moments, but I think we can all agree on the best part: Olivia and Jake's dance party. After — spoiler alert — almost killing her father, Olivia (Kerry Washington) has reached the pinnacle of stress. Her love life has been in shambles for a while, but now her actual life is in danger. She's finally reunited with Jake (Scott Foley) for some alone time, but she's kind of mentally spinning out of control. We love Jake, but even he doesn't know how to handle Olivia's bizarre breakdown. Does she yell? Does she scream? No, she dances. And then he dances. It's a strange but amazing cap to the first half of the season (never mind the cliffhanger that occurs moments later). Let's relive this scene over and over until the show comes back on Jan. 29.
First, Olivia puts some music on to get in the mood.

She starts getting really into it.
But when Jake reminds her that serious matters are at hand, she speaks.
Olivia is done making decisions.
She chooses herself, for once.
Don't worry, she's still dancing.
And she's loving it.
Jake is just not at all sure what to do with this behavior.
He carefully considers his options.
And then he's like, "Sure, why not?"
Soon enough, he's way into it too.
