The first part of Pretty Little Liars' seventh season is coming to a close. With the Summer finale looming in the distance, we know it's time to brace ourselves for plenty of drama. In recent weeks, Jenna Marshall has made a mysterious return and Sara Harvey has been murdered, leaving a list of suspects in her wake. And, of course, we're still no closer to finding out who "A.D." is. Curious about how the Summer will come to an end? We got you covered.
In a previous episode, we learn that Mary Drake is not just the mother of Charlotte DiLaurentis. When the girls discover her lair, they find out she had another child and Charlotte had a biological sibling. What's more, this person is roughly the same age as the liars, so there's a good chance we've met them before.
According to a press release from Freeform, "One of the PLLs learns a secret about her past that changes everything." We're trusting you to put two and two together here. If a member of the group has a dark secret, and if the identity of Mary Drake's other child is unknown . . . does that mean one of the liars could be Mary's child?!
Also according to Freeform's press release, our heroes "face off with their enemies in a chaotic fight that ends fatally." So, someone is definitely going to die. We're just not sure who it is.
We knew Lindsey Shaw was set to return as Paige McCullers and that Chloe Bridges would reprise her role Sydney Driscoll, based on earlier reports. What's more, IMDb has included both actresses as part of the finale episode cast, so there's a good chance they'll play into the drama somehow.
One more tidbit from the press release states that a member of the crew "discovers something about her future that could alter her course forever." While this could be a number of things, this information suggests that everything could be in absolute shambles by the season's end.
The Summer finale will air on Aug. 30, so it's only a matter of time before sh*t hits the fan.
