With big hits like "Daisy Jones & The Six" and "Where the Crawdads Sing" to its name, Reese Witherspoon's media company Hello Sunshine has quickly become a formidable force in the entertainment industry. Hello Sunshine isn't Witherspoon's first foray into producing, though — she founded the production company Type A Films in 2000, which went on to produce hits like "Gone Girl" and "Wild." In 2016, she joined forces with Seth Rodsky, Sarah Harden, and Otter Media to launch Hello Sunshine into the stratosphere. The company, which is focused on elevating women's stories, produces movies, TV shows, and documentaries. Witherspoon also curates a monthly book club under the Hello Sunshine name, and many of those books have been turned into onscreen projects — including, most recently, Nikolaj Coster-Waldeau and Jennifer Garner's "The Last Thing He Told Me," which premiered on Apple TV+ on April 14. Ultimately, one thing is clear: Hello Sunshine is just getting started.
