Sarah Paulson Plays a Mother With a Dark Secret in the Unsettling Trailer For Run

If you thought Sarah Paulson's roles on American Horror Story were scary, just wait until you see the trailer for her new film, Run. In the thriller, Paulson plays an overprotective mother named Diane with a sinister secret. As the trailer showcases how Diane cares for her daughter Chloe (played by newcomer Kiera Allen) — including preparing all of her meals, giving her medication, and helping her with physical therapy — we quickly learn that not everything is what it appears to be. In fact, Chloe might not even be Diane's daughter at all. Watch the suspenseful trailer above before the film arrives on Hulu Nov. 20.
