It's been almost a decade since David Lee Roth rejoined the legendary band Van Halen, but when they reunited on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday night, it was their first televised performance since getting back together. Roth and co. are still as energetic as they ever were, performing "Panama" to promote their new album, Tokyo Dome, and their tour this Summer. You have to see this crazy performance to believe it.
