Watch Out: Harry Potter Is Now a Dreamy Leading Man

The artist formerly known as Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe, is all grown up and taking on his first leading role in a romantic comedy. In What If, formerly titled The F Word (the "F" standing for friends), Radcliffe plays Wallace, a single guy who meets the seemingly perfect girl, Chantry (Zoe Kazan) — the perfect girl who has a boyfriend. They agree to be friends and, obviously, just make things harder on themselves. It's a conventional setup, but I loved this movie at TIFF last year for its quirky humor and because Radcliffe is so cute and sweet — a feat considering his Potter past. The movie, which comes out Aug. 8, also features Adam Driver and Rafe Spall.
