We don't always know how to show our thanks, but Grace Lee seems to have a pretty good idea. After undergoing multiple surgeries for congenital heart disease and lung disease at Alder Hey Children's Hospital in England, the 9-year-old wanted to show her appreciation to the hospital's staff. During a fundraiser at the Liverpool medical center, the pint-size singer took to the stage and belted out a beautiful rendition of "Lean on Me" for 800 people.
