Tina Fey Is Struggling With Potty Training, Preschool, and Other Parenting Woes

It looks like Tina Fey has a new project on her hands — dealing with the terrible threes. In an interview with Late Night host David Letterman, the mother of two talks about her youngest daughter, Penelope, who has presented the actress with several parenting challenges. Fey mentions potty-training troubles, temper tantrums, and, at one point, even refers to her 3-year-old as a bad seed — saying she uses the same tactics on Penelope that she used with Alec Baldwin.
