After the Grammys, there's only one award ceremony left: the Oscars. So we had to take a second to regroup. We chatted with Tracy Taylor, stylist and senior style editor at Net-a-Porter, about the trends we've been seeing on the red carpet so far. Considering the tremendous number of deep-plunging necklines, floral details, and sophisticated pantsuits, we can expect the same glamorous looks to pop up at the Academy Awards.

"The red carpet at the Grammys continued the deep plunge trend we have seen throughout this award season. Whether plunging neckline, keyhole, or cutouts, stunners in this category included Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, Carrie Underwood, Celine Dion, Faith Hill, Chrissy Teigen, and Demi Lovato."

Power Suits
"Katy Perry’'s performance look reflected another important trend for this season — the power suit for women. Katy rocked it out in an all-white ensemble, paired with sneakers for a more laid-back look. This is another big trend seen on the runway and is a great fit for rebellious fashion-lovers. At the Grammys, Lea Michele had a folkloric approach to the dark floral trend, while Camila Cabello and Kelsea Ballerini chose romantic silhouettes with lavish embellishments."
