Bianca Brandolini, the face of Dolce & Gabanna, celebrated her birthday at the charming La Posta Vecchia Hotel in Italy. The extravagant birthday bash could easily be confused for a gorgeous Italian wedding, especially when you see the model's birthday ensemble.
