Demi Lovato delivered a beautifully emotional performance of her new song "Anyone" during Sunday night's Grammy Awards. The 28-year-old singer poured her heart onto the stage in a moment few viewers will ever forget, and she tapped designer Christian Siriano to craft a gown worthy of such a performance.

Shortly after Demi's triumphant return to the stage, Christian sent out a message of support on Twitter. "I love you and love creating for you!!!" he wrote, referencing Demi.
