Build an Instagrammable moment and the people will come. Better yet, feature an iconic designer and a fan-favorite brand, and plop it in the center of New York City! That's exactly what H&M did ahead of the launch of its new Giambattista Valli collection, and, in short, it was epic.
The highly-anticipated collab dropped on Nov. 7, and to celebrate, H&M created a fashion installation like no other. We're talking living sculptures, a fountain, a violin player, a labyrinth, and incredibly gorgeous clothes by Giambattista Valli himself, of course. Set up at the Oculus Plaza in downtown Manhattan, the event took place on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2 and completely transformed the area into a breathtaking Italian garden — an homage to Giambattista's Roman roots.
Romantic, edgy, and true to his signature style, the collection had Valli girls — and for the first time, Valli guys — flocking. Ahead, see the influencers who were in attendance.
