Kim's first New York Fashion Week appearance may have involved thigh-high Yeezy boots, but she doesn't have anything on baby North.

Early yesterday, Kim ran errands in an all-black workout ensemble that she completed with Yeezy Boost sneakers, but as she pushed a carriage down the street, we noticed something sparkly inside. Could it be? Yes! Those were North West's twinkle toes, sporting some very fashionable purple mules with a kitten heel.
