Remember dying over the plaid miniskirt look Cher Horowitz owned in Clueless? Well, Taylor Swift did too. She brought the '90s staple straight into today, doing some shopping in a little skirt, black top, and tights. She carried an understated oxblood Tod's satchel and did the normal Taylor thing, wearing flats instead of heels. But these weren't any ordinary ballet slippers!
