Zendaya and Kerry Washington are two of our favorite power dressers, so when they took on the red carpet together at ACLU SoCal's Bill of Rights Dinner, we had major #OutfitGoals. While Ms. Washington stuck to a flattering off-the-shoulder silhouette that's worked for her many times before and came straight from the Boss Spring '16 runway, Zendaya worked a gray three-piece Kayat suit like it was nobody's business.

Zendaya has taken the menswear route before and sent us shopping, so it's only natural that we'd be digging her similarly tailored look this time around, too. And who could deny Kerry Washington's style prowess, on screen as Olivia Pope and off? The actress knows all too well how to make a perfectly elegant dress look fierce and edgy, and she even tweeted that her Boss design made her "feel like a boss!"

Read on to admire Kerry and Zendaya's sophisticated fashion moments from every angle, then shop all the essentials you'll need to pull off similar ensembles at the office. We promise compliments will start rolling in as soon as you walk through the door.

Kerry chose a Spring '16 black off-the-shoulder dress from Boss, completing her look with Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings, a matching ring, and lace-embroidered Paul Andrew pumps.

Kerry thanked Hugo Boss for her sophisticated dress.

Zendaya's gray Kayat high-waisted trousers were complete with a complementing blazer that featured silver lapels, along with a satin tank.

Zendaya played up her pointed-toe metallic heels with dainty diamond jewels.

Zendaya 'grammed a shot of her fierce reflection, writing, "Wifey."

One thing's for sure: it's impossible to pick a favorite look. Instead, we're re-creating them both here!
