If You Can't Get Enough K-Pop, This K-Pop HIIT Dance Workout Is Calling Your Name

BTS, Blackpink, NCT 127, Ateez, Seventeen . . . the list of K-pop groups on my workout playlist goes on and on. If you can relate, this HIIT dance workout from Canfitpro-certified personal trainer Emily Thorne is right up your alley (and mine). Thorne, aka EmKFit on YouTube, takes on six certified K-pop smashes to create this 20-minute cardio workout: songs like "Dynamite" and "Mic Drop (Remix)" by BTS, "Boombayah" by Blackpink, and "Left and Right" by Seventeen. As for the moves themselves, you'll be doing simple and high-energy choreography with squats, squat jacks, lunges, and jumps. Between the music and the intense exercises, it's just too good to pass up. Check out the full workout above and get ready to sweat!
