Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Covers Breakfast Cravings With Out-of-This-World Overnight Oats

Hold on to your Mickey Ears, folks — it's official. The overnight oats trend has made it to Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. As part of the park's new menu items, guests can nibble on a brightly colored concoction appropriately named Rising Moons Overnight Oats.

The familiar breakfast item includes, you guessed it, a mix of oats and yogurt, as well as dragon fruit and other seasonal fruits. If you're in the market for a treat lighter than your average Disney doughnut or churro, consider giving this snack a try.

Other notable "healthy" menu options include the Roasted Endorian Tip-yip Salad, A Taste of Takodana (on the kids' menu), Yobshrimp Noodle Salad, and the vegan Felucian Garden Spread and Ithorian Garden Loaf. Keep reading to see a few of the dishes for yourself — they're out-of-this-world. Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is now open in Disneyland, and will arrive in Disney World on Aug. 29.
