Careful Where You Sit! This Popular Pier 1 Chair Has Been Recalled

After receiving over 100 complaints, Pier 1 has recalled roughly 276,000 outdoor swing chairs and stands. A majority of the reports claimed that the stand attached to the chair became unstable during use and tipped over, which is pretty much anyone's worst nightmare.

The separately sold set under the name Swingasan was in Pier 1 locations across the US and Canada from January 2010 to August 2015. Affected customers can contact Pier 1 for a free repair kit or return the item for a refund, but we can only imagine that nothing will compensate for a bruised behind.
