This Couple Didn't Want a Big, Fancy Wedding — So They Chose a Popup Elopement

Lo and Behold Photography

If you prefer a casual ceremony over a fancy big wedding, get ready for some major inspiration. Katie and Matt attended many gala weddings and immediately knew it wasn't their style. Instead, they opted for a popup wedding in Marfa, TX, that only included themselves, the officiant, and a photographer. The bride drank Champagne in a restored vintage trailer until her groom and the officiant arrived in a beat-up pickup truck. Tears were shed as soon as they saw each other.

They held an intimate sunset ceremony on the edge of Pinto Canyon, followed by a Champagne celebration with a small white cake. They stayed until the stars came out, and their small yet big day couldn't have been any more perfect.
