Olympic figure skating sweetheart Tara Lipinski said yes to Fox Sports producer Todd Kapostasy's proposal in 2015, and now they're celebrating their engagement! The pair worked with Wedding Paper Divas and wedding planner Mindy Weiss to plan a chic celebration at Mr. C Beverly Hills.
