A California couple decided to embrace their own hipness and poke a little fun at themselves in the process. The two expectant parents put a creative spin on their pregnancy announcement by whipping up a Wes Anderson parody video, fittingly called "The Pretentious Presentation of the Uterine Inhabitant." The Shu-Snyders covered all the indie-movie bases by inserting the proper amount of ambiguous one-liners, artsy placement of random objects, (fake) cigarettes, and quirky music to match the eccentric mood.
