We all know Donald Trump is a businessman with tons of money, but did you know he's worth billions of dollars? He's so wealthy it's actually hard to fathom. According to Forbes, Trump's net worth is $4.5 billion. On multiple occasions the presidential hopeful has claimed he's worth $10 billion; however, Forbes's calculations prove to be far more accurate. Nonetheless, he's a billionaire, so how did he get so wealthy?

For starters, he has over $2 billion dollars in New York City properties alone. He also owns over 10 golf courses across the country, a winery, hotels, and an array of other businesses. He also showed Forbes proof of $327 million he has in cash a couple years back. There is one catch, however — The New York Times recently investigated Trump's empire and learned that his companies are collectively at least $650 million in debt. Should we be factoring this into the mogul's net worth? Calculating a person's exact value can sometimes be difficult.

Needless to say, Trump is SO RICH. Is his net worth more or less than what you expected?
