Jennifer Garner's a supportive friend, and that means she's willing to try an old pal's beauty tip or two. The Peppermint actress recently took a page out of Reese Witherspoon's new book, Whiskey in a Teacup, and tried hot-rolling her hair, all before carpool.
Garner shared a video on Instagram of herself following Witherspoon's step-by-step instructions, starting first with a little mousse, then clipping the heated rollers into her hair and heading off to school pickup. She tried to mimic Witherspoon's look from the book's glossy pages by opting for a bright magenta lipstick, and once she reached her destination, she unrolled her hair to reveal glorious curls. "Do I look Southern?" she asked, before reaching for the final (and key) ingredient: hairspray. Don't worry — Garner definitely got her friend's approval. Witherspoon commented on her video, writing, "This made my day! You are truly the greatest thing in Hot Rollers." Aw!
