Jimmy Kimmel hatched a plan to keep the 2018 Oscars running on time, and it involved Helen Mirren. During his opening monologue, the host introduced an incentive to encourage winners to keep their acceptance speeches short: the promise of a brand-new jet ski.

"We want you to give a speech. We want you to say whatever you feel needs to be said. Speak from the heart," Jimmy said, adding that winners should feel free to remind people about the March For Our Lives peaceful protest on March 24, which was met with applause. That being said, Jimmy said he would be awarding the person with the shortest acceptance speech a jet ski.

In that very moment, the curtains were drawn, and Helen appeared on stage showing off the garish neon green jet ski, Price Is Right-style. "Helen Mirren, not included," Jimmy said at the end of the bit. Relive the epic moment ahead.
