On Thursday, the mother of three [4] posted an Instagram snap of herself posing in front of her bathroom mirror wearing nothing but a sparkly thong. While Kim only captioned it with a camera emoji, the sexy picture marks Kim's third topless shot [5] this month — that must be some sort of record, no? The selfie also comes a little over a week after Kim and Kanye West welcomed their third child [6], daughter Chicago West, via gestational carrier. Perhaps this is Kim's way of celebrating?
