While Kim only captioned it with a camera emoji, the sexy picture marks Kim's third topless shot this month — that must be some sort of record, no? The selfie also comes a little over a week after Kim and Kanye West welcomed their third child, daughter Chicago West, via gestational carrier. Perhaps this is Kim's way of celebrating?
