From Rihanna to Paris Hilton, All These Stars Welcomed Babies This Year

More than a few stars have had milestones in 2023 by expanding their families. While several stars have recently revealed that they're expecting (like Kourtney Kardashian [1] and Uzo Aduba [2]), many other celebrities have already welcomed their little ones into the world.

Both Paris Hilton [3] and Shemar Moore officially became parents [4] in January, welcoming a baby boy and a baby girl [5], respectively, with their significant others. Meanwhile, Chrissy Teigen gave birth to another baby girl [6] with husband John Legend [7] on Jan. 13 β€” and then went on to welcome a baby boy [8] via surrogate in June. The two tiny tots join the couple's two kids [9], Luna and Miles Stephens. Since then, Serena Williams and Rihanna have also expanded their families [10].

Of course, the year isn't over yet! As we await the arrival of more celebrity babies, keep reading to meet the ones who've already made their debut.

Esti Maxine Stephens

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend [12] expanded their family on Jan. 13 when their daughter [13], Esti Maxine Stephens, arrived into the world. The Cravings founder announced the newborn's arrival on Instagram [14] with a photo featuring their daughter [15], Luna Simone Stephens, and son Miles Theodore Stephens holding their baby sister. "She's here! Esti Maxine Stephens - the house is bustling and our family could not be happier πŸ’•," Teigen wrote. "Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c section!? We are in bliss. Thank you for all the love and well wishes - we feel it all! X."

Legend expressed similar sentiments in his Instagram announcement [16], writing, "On Friday, we welcomed Esti Maxine Stephens to our family, and our house is overflowing with love and joy. I'm in awe of Chrissy's strength and resilience and I'm so thrilled to see how Luna and Miles embrace their baby sister. I'm so, so grateful, but that doesn't seem like a big enough word."

Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum

Paris Hilton [17] officially became a mom [18] in January when she and husband Carter Reum welcomed their first child, a baby boy, via surrogate. Hilton gave the world a first look at her son when she shared a photo of her holding her baby's hand [19] in her Instagram announcement. The heiress captioned it, "You are already loved beyond words πŸ’™."

"It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," Hilton told People exclusively [20]. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."

In an Instagram post on Feb. 22, Hilton shared an Instagram post [21] with her son's name β€” Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum. The following day, the heiress revealed the first family photos [22] with Phoenix. "Our whole entire world," she wrote on Instagram [23].

Baby Levine

On Jan. 30, news broke that Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo welcomed their third child [24]. Reps for both stars did not immediately respond to POPSUGAR's requests for comment. Prinsloo went on to share the first snaps of her newborn [25] in March.

Frankie Moore

Shemar became a dad [26] in January when he and girlfriend Jesiree Dizon welcomed a baby girl named Frankie Moore together. "Ya boy is officially a Dad!!! Dreams come true!! The rest of my life is here! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½," the actor excitedly announced on Instagram [27] on Jan. 24. Shemar and Dizon's daughter joins the model's two kids, daughter Charli with actor Stephen Bishop and son Kaiden from a previous relationship.

Ivy Love Saul

On April 9, model Daisy Lowe and her fiancΓ©, Jordan Saul, announced the arrival of their first child, daughter Ivy Love Saul. The couple shared a sweet snap of their little one on Instagram [28], alongside a caption about how excited they are that their daughter is finally here. "Our Easter egg finally hatched!" Lowe wrote. Dylan Rose Lawrence

Joey Lawrence and wife Samantha Cope welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Dylan Rose Lawrence, on Jan. 16. Baby Girl Bernard-Lieberman

On Feb. 11, "Younger" star Molly Bernard shared that she and her wife, Hannah Lieberman, welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on Jan. 28. Bernard announced the news on her Instagram [30]. "Thrilled to share that @liebhan and I welcomed our healthy, gentle and sassy baby girl on Saturday, January 28 at 11:11pm!" she wrote. "We are overjoyed and more in love than we ever imagined. Keyshia Ka'oir Davis gave birth to her second child with husband Gucci Mane on Feb. 8. The rapper announced the exciting news on Instagram, writing, "Im so thankful that my baby girl is here and she so pretty and healthy 2/8/23 7lbs 2oz ICELAND DAVIS ❀️❀️ #Daddyprincess πŸ‘‘." Baby Iceland joins the couple's son Ice, as well as the couple's other children from previous relationships.

Charlie LoCicero

In March, a representative for Gina Rodriguez confirmed to POPSUGAR that the "Not Dead Yet" actor and her husband, Joe LoCicero, had welcomed their first child [31]. Then on April 5, Rodriguez quietly revealed she'd had a little boy named Charlie in an Instagram [32] roundup of some of her favorite things.

Baby Reynolds

On Feb. 12, Blake Lively [33] seemingly confirmed that she'd welcomed her fourth child [34] with Ryan Reynolds [35] when she shared a Super Bowl Sunday Instagram [36] slideshow. In one of the photos, Lively was noticeably sans bump. "Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023πŸ₯˜ 🍲 πŸ₯§ been busy," Lively captioned the album. No other details about the newborn have been revealed yet.

Tristan Jay El Moussa

Heather and Tarek El Moussa welcomed their first child [37] together, a baby boy, on Jan. 31. The couple shared the news on Instagram in a joint post, writing, "Our baby boy is here 🀍 1.31.23. Mama & baby are happy, healthy, tired but doing well. Our hearts are so happy ❀️." The tiny tot joins Tarek's two other kids, Taylor and Brayden El Moussa, from his previous marriage to Christina Anstead.

On Feb. 15, the couple revealed they named their baby Tristan Jay El Moussa. "Welcome my little King," Jovi Nicole wrote alongside two photos from the hospital taken shortly after Kyro's birth. "We've all been waiting for you!" Leodis Andrellton Jackson

On Feb. 25, Keke Palmer and her boyfriend Darius Jackson's son, Leodis Andrellton Jackson [41], arrived. The new mom has been sharing her thoughts on motherhood since Leo's birth. NFL star Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie Kelce, welcomed their third daughter on Feb. 23. They named their little one Bennett Llewellyn Kelce, and she weighed in at 8 lbs. 5 oz. On June 2, People confirmed that Jonah Hill and girlfriend Olivia Millar had welcomed their first child [54]. The couple haven't revealed the baby's name, and have stayed pretty private about the news.

Baby Howey-Ziering

"Ginny & Georgia" star Brianne Howey shared she'd welcomed her first child [55] with husband Matt Ziering in a June 18 Instagram post. "My whole world just got a whole lot sweeter," she wrote in the caption. "And smaller. Welcome my little love." She and Ziering haven't yet revealed their child's name.

Baby Boy Reed Somerhalder

Nikki Reed [56] and Ian Somerhalder [57]'s second child arrived sometime in early June [58], Reed shared in a June 29 Instagram Story. "A few weeks ago we welcomed our son on what can only be described as one of the most beautiful days of my life," Reed wrote in the post. "Born at home in water and surrounded by so much love, in an instant my heart doubled in size." The couple's first child, Bodhi, was born in 2017.

Sky Safir Cornish Colman

Jessie J revealed that she'd welcomed her first child, a baby boy [59], in a May 19 Instagram Story. "A week ago my whole life changed," she wrote. "My son entered this world and my heart grew twice the size. The feeling is indescribable. I am flying in love." In June, she confirmed his father is basketball player Chanan Safir Colman [60]. "What I'm most excited about is really more centered around a lot of things I really wanted in terms of stability as a child myself that I didn't have," Baldwin said in a January episode of the "Girlboss Radio" podcast. "What's kind of exciting is I get to raise this little human and do things completely differently than what I was taught was the norm. She hasn't yet revealed the baby's name, but in the comments, DeGeneres herself christened the child "Nicki Minaj the 3rd," referencing Brownlee's memorable performance of "Super Bass" on her show.

Otto Olsen Eisner

On Aug. 14, People reported that Ashley Olsen [72] and her husband Louis Eisner [73] welcomed their first child, a baby named Otto [74], though no other details have been revealed about the baby yet.

True Legend Harris-Dupart

The rapper, 49, welcomed her first child [75], a baby boy, with wife Jesseca "Judy" Harris-Dupart in Atlanta on July 6, People reported the following day. Da Brat, (nΓ©e Shawntae Harris), announced her pregnancy [76] in February a year after she and Harris-Dupart got married.

Of their baby's name, the pair told People, "His name had been True Legend Harris-Dupart but now that we've met him we are tempted to name him Perfect." Baby Girl Harington

On July 3, a rep for "Game of Thrones" alums Kit Harington and Rose Leslie confirmed to POPSUGAR that they welcomed their second child together [81], a baby girl whose name has not yet been shared. "They're delighted to have welcomed a little girl into the family," the married couple's rep said. The two also have a son whom they welcomed in 2021.

Athena Alexandra Undergaro

In a clip shared on July 20 from her appearance on the "PRETTYSMART" podcast, Constance Wu revealed that she welcomed her second child [88] β€” a boy β€” with her partner, Ryan Kattner. The pair already share a 2-year-old daughter [89].

Baby Trice Stanfield

On July 26, People reported that LaKeith Stanfield and his wife, Kasmere Trice [90], secretly tied the knot β€” and also welcomed their first child together. "We've manifested this beautiful family," Stanfield told the outlet. "I want to spend the rest of my life with [Trice]."

Trice also shared that she wants to keep her child's life private for the time being. "We decided early on we wanted to protect our baby as much as we can for as long as possible," she said. Riot Rose Mayers

Following the birth of their son RZA in May 2022, Rihanna [92] and A$AP Rocky expanded their family a year later when they welcomed their son, Riot Rose. On Aug. 21, Entertainment Tonight [93] confirmed Riot's arrival, and in September, the proud parents shared the first photos of their newborn son with the world, per People [94].

Elijah Jude Kushner

Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner welcomed their second child, Elijah Jude, on July 11. Kloss announced the news on Instagram alongside a photo of her holding her baby's hand, writing, "Elijah Jude 7.11.23 πŸ’™." Baby Elijah joins their son Levi Joseph, who was born in 2021.

Baby Boy Somerhalder

In June, Nikki Reed [95] revealed that she and husband Ian Somerhalder [96] had welcomed their second child together, a baby boy. On Aug. 22, Serena Williams announced on TikTok that she and husband Alexis Ohanian welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Adira River Ohanian. Alongside a video of Williams cradling the newborn while sitting next to Ohanian and their daughter, Olympia, Williams wrote, "Welcome my beautiful angel."
