Cardi B made her first public appearance since giving birth at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards, and she made it a night. The rapper and mom to newborn Kulture Kiari Cephus opened the show and later took home several moon-person trophies, including the award for best new artist. How'd she celebrate? With a cheeseburger and a big-ass beverage.

After hitting up an afterparty at TAO Downtown with her husband, Offset, Cardi stopped by McDonald's for a quintessential late-night meal. While maneuvering out of a sizable vehicle — in a minidress, no less — Cardi managed to simultaneously take a few bites out of her burger, as one does.
