Meet Netflix's Baby-Sitters Club in a Nostalgic Re-Creation of the Iconic Book Cover

Netflix has finally tapped the full cast for its Baby-Sitters Club reboot and dropped a first look at the series to boot! Alicia Silverstone and Mark Feuerstein lead the series as Elizabeth Thomas-Brewer and Watson Brewer, the mother and stepfather of BSC founder Kristy Thomas, respectively, and they're joined by five newcomers who are bringing the iconic club members to life. It's fitting that Silverstone joined the production since she has a history of starring in pop culture classics. (Yes, I am referring to Clueless, as if anyone could forget.)
Based on Ann M. Martin's bestselling book series, the 10-episode, live-action series was picked up by Netflix back in February and will follow the babysitting adventures of five friends (and the others who join throughout the series) who decide to start a business in their sleepy town of Stoneybrook, CT. The Walden Media-produced series will be set in the present and tackle modern-day issues that include divorce, racism, and belonging in a series geared toward kids, teens, and adults.

Alicia Silverstone as Elizabeth Thomas-Brewer
Silverstone, who is best known for her iconic role as Clueless's Cher Horowitz and most recently starred in Paramount Network's comedy series American Woman, will play Elizabeth Thomas-Brewer, the mother of BSC founder Kristy Thomas.
Mark Feuerstein as Watson Brewer
Most folks probably know Feuerstein as Hank Lawson on USA Network's Royal Pains, but he's also had guest roles on Prison Break and Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later. Feuerstein has signed on to play Watson Brewer, Elizabeth's beau.
Momona Tamada as Claudia Kishi
Canadian actress Momona Tamada will play Claudia Kishi, known as the vice-president of The Baby-Sitters Club and all around fashion maven.
Xochitl Gomez as Dawn Schafer
Gomez has been tapped to play Dawn Schafer. Dawn becomes the fifth member of the club in the fifth book of the series, after the core four have already formed the group.
Malia Baker as Mary Anne Spier
Malia Baker is set to portray Mary Anne Spier, the secretary of the club and best friend to Kristy Thomas.
Sophie Grace as Kristy Thomas
Sophie Grace plays Kristy Thomas, club president and resident athlete.
Shay Rudolph as Stacey McGill
Rudolph plays Stacey McGill, native New Yorker and treasurer of the club.
