Michael Che decided to use his platform as an Emmys host on Monday night to pay tribute to fellow black comedians who have paved the way. In a skit called "Reparation Emmys," he went around the city and presented TV comedy legends — including Marla Gibbs, Kadeem Hardison, Tichina Arnold, John Witherspoon, and Jaleel White — with their own Reparation Emmy Award for all their contributions to diversity on the small screen. Not only did this sketch recognize some of the greats and make us laugh to the point of tears, but it also took us on a trip down memory lane. See some of the best reactions to the skit ahead.
