Reign
Think of Reign as the PG-13 version of Game of Thrones. There's a struggle for the crown, plenty of sexual intrigue, and just the slightest twist of magic and mystery. It may not be able to show quite as much skin or blood as HBO's hit, but that might be a good thing for some viewers.
