After what seemed like an eternity of waiting, This Is Us [1] is back with a new look at season two [2], and boy, is it jam-packed with emotions. First up was a three-minute clip that starts right after the events of the season one finale [3], when Randall tells Beth that he wants to adopt a child. It shows him having a heart-to-heart with Rebecca about his own adoption. While she admits that it was "complicated" at first, it was his adoptive father, Jack, who really pulled her through it and made her realize that Randall was meant to be their son. Cue the tears!
The latest trailer, above, gives us a more complete look at season two as a whole. "You see the good, you see the bad, you see it all coming together," Milo Ventimiglia, who plays Jack Pearson, says in a voice-over. "Or you see it going the other way and falling completely apart." Seriously, grab some tissues and get ready for Sept. 25, because if this is any indication, the premiere is going to make you sob buckets.
