Kelly Clarkson and Carole King Belted Out "Where You Lead" Like a Couple of Gilmore Girls

Attention Gilmore Girls fans: Kelly Clarkson and Carole King sang "Where You Lead" at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City on Sept. 29. The track is originally from King's 1971 album Tapestry, but fans of the nostalgic TV show will always know it as a beloved theme song. Clarkson and King's rendition transported us straight back to Stars Hollow, and we can almost smell the coffee from Luke's diner.

This is just one in a long line of covers Clarkson has given us lately, most of which have come as part of her new daytime talkshow. Her "Kellyoke" segment has featured tracks from Britney Spears, Sia, Madonna, and many more. We desparately need a cover album from her ASAP. Watch the full video of her performance with King above and let the early 2000s vibes wash over you.
