Maluma's Performance at the Billboard Latin Music Awards Had Us Reminiscing About Our Exes

Maluma kicked off Wednesday night's Billboard Latin Music Awards with an emotional performance of his summer hit, "Hawái," and he had us bopping along to the romantic pop song. The Colombian singer, who was fittingly nominated for Latin rhythm artist of the year, as well as for tropical song of the year for "Vivir Bailando," wore a sparkly white suit as he laid on top of a grand piano, singing about a failed relationship with an ex.

He previously sang the tropical single at the MTV VMAs back in August, and to the surprise of no one, he crushed his performance once again. Maluma was also honored with Billboard's Spirit of Hope Award tonight, which was created for Selena and has been rewarded to artists who have made philanthropic and humanitarian contributions beyond their music. Check out a clip of the singer's performance above!
