Now that Disney+ has premiered, so too has The Mandalorian, the new streaming network's highly anticipated Star Wars spinoff. The series follows the travails of a lone, masked gunfighter, played by Pedro Pascal, in the far corners of the galaxy where he's virtually free of the oppressive authority of the New Republic. Unsurprisingly, it's quickly becoming a must watch for fans of the intergalactic franchise and features a number of impressive stars in the main roles. Ahead, see the full cast list and who each of them are playing!
Game of Thrones alum Pedro Pascal, who's most recently appeared in Netflix's Narcos series, plays the show's titular bounty hunter.
Gina Carano (Haywire) is bringing her action-savvy skills to the series as Cara Dune, a former shock trooper who battled during the Galactic Civil War. Now a seasoned warrior, she operates as a mercenary.
Legendary writer and director Werner Herzog plays a prominent client in The Mandalorian who gives Pascal's character an important task.
Better Call Saul's Giancarlo Esposito pops up as Moff Gideon, a man who was in power before the Empire collapsed but still retains control of a good deal of spaceships and equipment.
Kuill, an Ugnaught (porcine sentient humanoids), is a talkative member of the workers previously seen in Cloud City in The Empire Strikes Back and voiced by Nick Nolte.
Julia Jones (Westworld, Wind River) plays Omera, who comes into contact with both the Mandalorian and Cara Dune in the first season.
Thor: Ragnarok and Jojo Rabbit director Taika Waititi is the voice behind assassin droid IG-11.
Carl Weathers (Toy Story 4, Chicago Justice) pops up in the series as Greef Carga, who frequently offers up bounties to the Mandalorian.
