Selena Gomez and Coldplay Drop the Cinematic Video For "Let Somebody Go"

The official video for Selena Gomez and Coldplay's "Let Somebody Go" has arrived. The black-and-white visual, which dropped on Feb. 7, portrays Gomez and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin flying through a city as they reminisce on a previous relationship. "When I called the mathematicians and I asked them to explain / They said love is only equal to the pain," Gomez and Martin sing. The song is featured on Coldplay's "Music of the Spheres" album, which dropped on Oct. 15.

While Gomez only gave us a 15-second teaser when she first announced the collaboration, we knew the track would definitely have us in our feelings — and wow, was that an understatement. Following its release, Gomez and Coldplay performed the song live for the first time on "The Late Late Show With James Corden." Could someone please hand us a box of tissues?
